本研究旨在探討團隊成員在進行任務活動時,個人玩興特質對進入心流狀態所產生的影響;其次,在活動過程裡,個體是否會因為團隊成員間關係或不同的創新氣候而產生不同程度的心流經驗;最後,欲進一步探討個人的心流狀態是否會影響到創造力的表現。
因此,本研究根據研究的背景與動機,蒐集相關文獻,進行閱讀、彙整與探討分析,以尋求初步的研究概念、變數構念,其次,藉由文獻探討結論確認欲研究的變數構念與相互關係,並建立實證研究架構和建構量化問卷,且提出六項研究假設。以瞭解當團隊成員彼此互動以完成創造性的任務時,個人特質以及所面對的環境將是否會影響個人的投入與創造表現。
研究對象係某大學修習同一課程的四個班級共153位學生,分成32組團隊,各團隊分別完成研究者所指派的創造性任務,任務結束後立即請參與者填答研究者所設計的相關量表,以檢定研究假設是否獲得支持。根據149份有效問卷的分析後,結果發現:
一、個人玩興特質會正向影響進入心流的程度。
二、個人玩興特質會正向影響創造力的表現程度。
三、個人進入心流狀態的程度會正向影響創造力的表現程度。
四、個人進入心流的程度會對玩興與創造力表現程度間關係產生中介效果。
五、團隊成員關係品質會對個人玩興與心流間關係產生顯著的正向干擾效果。
六、團隊創新氣候會對個人玩興與心流間關係產生顯著的正向干擾效果。
最後,根據研究結果,除了提出結論於學術上與實務上的涵義與建議外,也敘述本研究的研究限制,並對未來後續相關研究提出建議。
This study is focus on how person’s trait affects one’s flow in his own statement at creative situation. Besides, people may have different flow experience due to the team member’s relationship or various innovation climates. Further, this study discuss if person’s flow would affect the creativity.
Based on the research background and motives, this study gathering, reading, classifying and analyzing the relevant literature and identify the concepts and variables. Secondly, confirm the variables and relationship, establish empirical research structure and quantitative questionnaire, develop six hypotheses by literature review in order to realize if personal trait and environment would affect the involvement and creative performance during finish creativity task by member’s interaction.
153 participants were divided into 32 teams and creativity task was assigned, all participants fill out the questionnaire after mission accomplished in order to verify the hypothesis. The result shows as follows:
1. There’s a significant positive correlation between individual playfulness and flow.
2. There’s a significant positive correlation between individual playfulness and creativity.
3. There’s a significant positive correlation between flow and individual creativity.
4. There’s a significant mediating effect for flow between individual playfulness and creativity.
5. Interpersonal relationship quality has significant moderating effects on relationship between individual playfulness and flow.
6. Team innovation climate has significant moderating effects on relationship between individual playfulness and flow.
Finally, based on the results, this study concludes application and suggestion for academic and practice, research limitation and future studying suggestion also presented.
