將新鮮的美洲闊苞菊 (Pluchea carolinensis (Jacq.) G. Don) 根部及莖部,先以甲醇熱迴流得到甲醇抽取物,然後再分別以氯仿、正丁醇和水進行分配萃取,得到氯仿層、正丁醇層和水層萃取物。各分層萃取物再利用管柱層析,薄層層析及再結晶等方法分離纯化。目前共分離得到11個化合物,其中7個化合物經光譜分析方法確定其結構為caffeic acid、caffeic acid methyl ester、sterol mixtures、4,22-stigmastadien-3- one、3β-acetoxyurs-13(18)-ene、glyceryl esters和2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzo- quinone;其中3β-acetoxyurs-13(18)-ene為首次由闊苞菊屬植物中分離得到的成分。
The compounds from the roots and the stems of Pluchea carolinensis (Jacq.) G. Don were refluxed and extracted with methanol. The crude extracts were further partitioned into chloroform, n-butanol and water fractions. The compound mixtures from individual fraction was subjected to column chroma- tography, thin-layer chromatography as well as recrystallization. The resulting isolated compounds were identified spectroscopically by UV, IR, 2D-NMR and MS.
Several compounds were identified which included caffeic acid, caffeic acid methyl ester, sterol mixtures, 4,22-stigmastadien-3-one, 3β-acetoxyurs-13 (18)-ene, glyceryl esters, and 2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone. Among them 3β-acetoxyurs-13(18)-ene being the first time identified from the genus Pluchea.
