This research examines the influence of organizational culture on Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) and organizational loyalty. It primarily focuses on four organizational culture dimensions: Innovation, team orientation, respect for people, and aggressiveness. The empirical study used a sample of 125 individuals from 25 foreign organizations in Vietnam. In general, the findings supported our predictions. Organizational culture was positively related to LMX. Organizational loyalty was significantly associated with LMX. Organizational culture had a positive effect on organizational loyalty. However, the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between LMX and organizational loyalty was not supported.
