Export credit agency is a unit to promote economy, politics and diplomacy of a country. One of its tools is official cofinancing which is aimed at high risk, big amount and long-term finance. Official cofinancing is a important way to promote economy, politics and diplomacy of a country by helping development of developing country through bilateral or multilateral official cooperation. This research primarily compares development mode of official cofinancing of three different developing stages of Asian counties which includes Japan, Korea and China. Firstly, I introduce that prompt development in Asian economy brings important change in the whole world’s economy. Then I review literature of export credit agency and official development aid to understand the range of policy institution and possibly affected aspect. Besides, I introduce internationally two main official cofinancing institutions and three main international agreements institutions of official cofinancing. Then I introduce official cofinancing institutions of Japan, Korea and China. Besides, I also introduce official cofinancing institution of Taiwan. And I compare these three Asian countries by organizational function, participation degree of international agreements institutions and influence of politics and economy. Finally, I propose my conclusions.
