在網際網路時代不斷演進下,人們對於電腦的使用日漸普及,也因此網路服務供應商提供了許多的服務。但由於龐大資料量造成許多的問題,為了解決此問題,產生了分散式運算的概念,進而演進至今日所謂的雲端運算,也因為雲端運算之應用,拓展了更多便利使用者的網路服務。
劉等學者運用雲端運算的軟體式服務概念,建立了虛擬訓練環境及其課程管理平台,提供使用者利用網頁式介面進行虛擬實驗室之部署,以提高使用者的便利性及實驗環境部署效率,同時降低管理人員的負擔。但同時大量部署器卻造成伺服器的負載不平衡,甚至因記憶體過載而導致服務中止。本論文即在提出適用於虛擬訓練環境的負載平衡方案,以有效地解決上述之問題。
本負載平衡方案首先為每台虛擬機器伺服器設定記憶體負載比例,以求得每部虛擬機器伺服器的虛擬機器負載門檻值,並在創建虛擬實驗室時,使用最少虛擬機演算法,自動為使用者選擇適合的虛擬機器伺服器以部署虛擬實驗室。實驗結果證明,當使用者透過管理平台進行大量虛擬機器部署作業時,本負載平衡方案可以有效的分配系統資源,使系統保持在良好的狀態。因此,本負載平衡方案適合在虛擬訓練環境中建立資安實驗室之應用。

ABSTRACT
It is getting popular for people to use computers due to continuous evolution in the Internet age. The Internet brings us many convenient services, but also causes many problems due to the huge amount of data. The concept of the distributed computing has been created to solve this problem and evolves today's so-called cloud computing. Cloud computing, as a powerful computing method, extends to more convenient services.
Liu et al. used the concept of software as a service (SAAS) to create the virtual training environment (VTE) and course management platform for users to use web-based interface to deploy the virtual lab. Through the VTE and web-based management plateform, the efficiency of lab deplyment can be enhanced, user convenience can be achieved and the workload of server administrator can be reduced. However, creation of lots of virtual machines (VM) at the same time may cause unbalanced server workload and, even worse, causes unwanted termination of service due to memory overload. This theis proposes a VTE-dedicated loading balance scheme to improve this situation.
The proposed loading balance scheme first set a memory loading rate for each VM server to obtain the threathold of number of VM which can be created on each VM server. The proposed minimum virtual machine algorithm (MVMA) is then used to select the best VM server to deploy the virtual lab for each VTE user automaticaly. Experimental results show that the proposed loading balance scheme can effeciently balance system resources when large amout of VMs need to be deployed at the same time. That is, the proposed VTE-dedicated loading balance scheme is practical for creating virtual labs of information security in the virtual training environment.
