幾年,校園數位學習結合了學習角(Learning Corner)與資訊科技,並且運用課程管理系統(CMS, Course Management System)的機制進行管理數位學習內容。本研究嘗試設計校園的資訊電視台系統(INTV),學生們可以在學校內的各個學習角看數位學習內容,同時也可以通過電視或投影機在教室中播放。此系統提供一個多元化的數位學習內容編輯環境,讓教師可以使用多種的數位化教材並且快速的編輯節目。系統還提供一個節目的派送管理中心,讓老師可以利用此管理中心來管理節目和設置節目播放時間,並且可以預先對每一個學習角或者教室編排所需要的節目表,所有被安排入行程表裡的節目,將會在指定的時間播放節目,教師可以即時置換節目內容,讓課程內容具有豐富的變化性。另外,此系統還提供了實況轉播節目的功能,將它應用在視訊會議以及演講會場等的環境上,可以產生聲光具佳的客製化呈現效果,讓參與者順利投入學習的意境中。
In recent years, traditional learning corner of campus combines with information technology and it manages e-Learning content through Course Management System (CMS). This study is attempted to design a campus information TV system (INTV) so that learners can study e-Learning content through television in the learning corner of campus or through projector screen in the classroom. The system provides an e-Learning content editing environment which let teacher can use variety digital materials to editing programs quickly. It provides a program delivery management center which teachers can use to manage programs and put programs into the schedule. The programs scheduled will play in assigned period of time at each classroom or each learning corner. Teachers can also swap parts of program content while it playing at any time without reloading the whole program. In addition, the system provides a live broadcast feature for live show programs, live lectures, disseminate policies and so on. It provides variety programs with multiple digital contents to make learners successfully participate in learning.
