隨著人類文明及醫療的進步,人類的壽命愈來愈長,所以醫療技術也愈來愈純熟,新興起的遠距醫療照護也成為現今社會關注的重點。本論文建置了一套完整的遠距醫療照護系統,其中包含了嵌入式系統的開發、GPS(Global Positioning System,GPS )及ECG(Electrocardiography,ECG或者EKG)訊息紀錄、通報系統介面開發。在此篇論文當中,我們在嵌入式系統上結合了GPS模組與ECG模組的健康照護盒來實現一個跌倒偵測服務。當使用者在戶外行動時,監控中心會一直記錄著他的訊息,透過運算之後,還可以將使用者所在位置以及生理訊號顯示在圖形介面上。當使用者跌倒時,可由此系統得知使用者的位置,並且會發出危險訊息,通知監控中心的醫護人員,或是附近的親友,前往救援。我們使用了2-thread的架構來改善執行效率,而其效能改善了33.19%~38.37%,另一方面,本系統的特色為可迅速偵測到使用者跌倒,並且能得知所在位置,以及了解使用者是否需要救援,而偵測跌倒的準確率可達80.77%。
With the progress of human civilization and medical, the life of human is more and more long, the skill of medical is becoming mature nowadays, the emerging remote medical care has become the focus of today’s society. In this paper, we built a complete set of remote medical care system , which contains the embedded system development, the record of GPS and ECG information, the graphical interface development. In this paper, we have implement a fall detection service with a healthcare box that is an embedded system combines GPS and ECG module. When a user is in the outdoors, the monitoring center will record his message continuously , through the operation, the location and physiological signals of the user can also display in the graph interface. When the user falls, we can know where the user fall suddenly according to this system ,and the warning message will be notified at this time and inform the medical staff of the monitoring center, or near relatives to leave for the rescue. We improve the performance by using 2-thread architecture, and improve performance 33.19%~38.37% . In the other hand, the characteristics of this system is to detect the location quickly when user falls, and immediately get the location of the user, and confirm whether the user need the rescue or not, the detection accuracy rate is up to 80.77%.
