本篇論文的目的在於因應近年機器人工業與相關技術的蓬勃發展,為使其推廣與普遍,將機器人以走入日常生活並進行表演的方法來實現。為走入日常生活,利用智慧型手機結合較少自由度的機器人達成本論文的表演主角-智慧型玩偶機器人。

智慧型手機目前已成功地走入家庭,利用其強大的擴充性與自由的編寫環境,成為智慧型玩偶機器人的頭腦;而較少自由度的設計,則是為了小孩子所設計,減少關節也減少其彎曲時隱藏的危險性。智慧型玩偶機器人可讓使用者自行編輯生成劇本,於家庭中具娛樂性,於劇場中具實用性。

此智慧型玩偶機器人的劇本編輯系統採用物件組合的觀念,將機器人的姿態包裝成一動作方塊,開發者可匯入動作方塊於系統中,組合而成一連續動作的劇本,動作方塊的設計目的為達到重複使用與快速編輯的編輯效果,編成的劇本採用XML格式,匯出後的劇本可上傳至網頁伺服器,讓開發者在有網路的地方皆可下載。
Since the flourishing of robotic industry and robotic related technology in recent years, an effective way to promote the robotic devices is bringing them into our daily life. For this purpose, the intelligent puppet-robot which is the protagonist of this thesis combined a smart phone with fewer degree of freedom robots.

The smart phone is popular in lives now. It has strong extensibility and easy on programming, these two features let it become the brain of the robots. The fewer degree of freedom robot is designed for the children to avoid the danger when the robot acting. Intelligent puppet-robot show authoring system can design the drama scripts by the developer. It is entertaining in family and practicability in theatre.

This authoring system using the concept of an object composition, packaging the poses of the robot into an action package, the developer can import action packages into the authoring system and arrange the packages to build up a drama script. The action package is designed to achieve the reusability and easily to build a drama script. The format of the drama script is based on XML; the XML-based drama script can upload to the website that developers can download it everywhere as long as they can surf the internet.
