The rise of the Internet has made significant changes and effects on the way that people communicate, and it also shorten the distances between those people from different nationalities which guides people to an even more international world. During the time of the first generation of mobile phones developed in 1990 to the portable devices of nowadays including PDA, smart phones and tablet PCs, the improvement and achievements of mobile phone system allow people to access internet, video calls, cameras, user friendly interfaces and other technical functions anytime and anywhere.
In 2005, Google purchased Android from a high-tech enterprise and started developing the functions of newsletter, mobile search and GPS on mobile phones; while Google's Android operating system is officially announced in 2007, it quickly opens the Android markets and booms in recent years.
With the combination of features of the technical functions and internet application games, I propose An Environment-Integrated Game for Mobile Phones with main idea of using hand-held GPS or connecting networks to get real time information such as locations, actual weather conditions, crop growth status and price, financial trading system and establishment Server platform. This thesis is mainly about the development of An Environment-Integrated Game for Mobile phones by focusing on the physical environment and game design. At the end of this paper, I present the current implementation results.
