本文提出各種微型天線的架構與應用,同時針對所設計的天線加以詳述描述。設計流程如次:首先,找尋參考資料,檢視這幾年來天線發展的趨勢與設計的方法, 藉由自己對天線的認識選擇適當的架構,再由模擬軟體去預測天線的特性,在此我們利用HFSS軟體去設計天線。在設計完後,利用曝光顯影的方式製作模擬的天線,經由測量天線,取得其匹配特性與輻射場型圖。比較量測與模擬的圖形再進行改善。

我們所設計的頻帶為3.1GHz到10.6GHz,目標在UWB方面的應用. 在此頻帶內其反射損失皆在-10dB以下,輻射的場型皆符合其需求性,增益的範圍值為2到3.3dBi,面積為22mm × 38mm。

This study comprises various structures of antennas and their application. We also present a thorough description of the antenna that designed in this paper. The design flow is described as follows: The first step is a review of the literatures that exhibit the developments and designs of antennas in recent years; Next, by the knowledge of writers, we choose an appropriate structure of antenna. We predict the characteristics of antenna by using Electromagnetic Simulation. This study uses a 3D EM simulator, HFSS, to design antenna. After finishing design, we employ exposure and development process to fabricate the miniature antenna which is simulated by the writer. Via measuring the antenna,we obtain their matching characteristics and radiation patterns. We further improve our design by comparing the measured data and the simulation results.

The frequency band designed by this study is from 3.1GHz to 10.6GHz, targeting for UWB applications. All of the return loss are under -10db in this frequency band. Radiation patterns comply with our requirements. Meanwhile, the gain range of the antenna is from 2dBi to 3.3dBi and its area is 22mm × 38mm.
