本研究旨在探討教師魅力對學生學習興趣之影響。本研究首先探討授課科目與授課時間對教師魅力之影響;其次考驗教師魅力的四個向度與學生個人興趣以及情境興趣之因果關係。
本研究以台中市、彰化縣以及南投縣99學年度就讀於國民中學之學生為研究對象,採便利式抽樣調查法調查,有效樣本為812份。回收之問卷以SPSS 12.0統計軟體,進行描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關分析、變異數分析和簡單線性迴歸分析。
本研究之結果如下:
一.教師的魅力人格、學識、幽默以及教學方法會因授課科目不同而產生顯著差異。
二.授課時間對教師的學識、幽默魅力以及教學方法具顯著負向影響;對人格魅力的影響則不具顯著性。
三.教師魅力的人格、學識、幽默以及教學方法對學生學習興趣的個人興趣與情境興趣皆具顯著的正向影響。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of teachers’ charisma on students’ learning interest. First, this study examined how different subjects and teaching hours affected teachers’ charisma. Secondly, the author researched into the cause-and-effect relationship among the four dimensions of teachers’ charisma, students’ individual interest and environmental interest. The four dimensions of teachers’ charisma included personality, academics, humor and teaching skills.
There were 812 students from junior high schools who studied in Taichung, Changhua and Nantou county, including seventh, eighth and ninth grades. Convenience sampling method was employed in this survey and SPSS 12.0 was applied to compile statistics. The results were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, ANOVA and simple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of data analyzed, this study was concluded as below:
1.By the differences of the subjects, the four dimensions of teachers’ charisma were varied.
2.There was a significantly negative correlation between teaching hours and the four dimensions of teachers’ charisma.
3.The four dimensions of teachers’ charisma had an obvious positive influence on students’ individual interest and environmental interest.
