本研究由跨國勞工之觀點出發,將跨文化價值及其構面視為主要途徑,以探討組織公平、勞資關係和負面行為關聯性之研究跨文化價值的干擾效果,研究樣本以中部傳統產業跨國勞工為對象,獲得150份有效配對樣本,透過階層迴歸分析,分別加以驗證。研究結果組織公平與勞資關係獲得支持、勞資關係與負面行為未獲支持、組織公平與負面行為未獲支持,組織公平及其構面互動公平與勞資關係透過跨文化及其構面人道主義與工具主義獲得微弱支持,此說明組織公平其構面互動公平對勞資關係呈現正向的顯著效果,但是,加入跨文化價值其構面人道主義和工具主義為干擾效果中,其人道主義與工具主義其顯著呈現負面效果。
