本研究旨在探討以服務領導理念作為社會企業的組織倫理觀之適用。首先,以文獻回顧學者對於服務領導之論述,發現多數為理論取向之研究,學者認為只有在建立一組適合的評量工具之基礎上,理論才得以發展。本研究從不同角度審視服務領導,並發展服務領導的哲理基礎。其次,經由文獻分析社會企業概念的源起與發展,並以孔恩科學革命的觀點為基礎,從新科學典範的思維理解社會企業概念的形成與演變,並支持本研究對於服務領導哲理基礎之論述。最後,就研究之發現,探討以服務領導理念做為社會企業的倫理觀之適用,並歸納以下結論:
一、社會企業應以社會使命為主要目的,社會創業活動應與使命相關聯,且應視為達成社會使命的方式而非目的本身;另外,社會企業應持續發展社會績效的評估模式。
二、服務領導的概念源自於抽象且普世的哲理,並非具體可測量的;也並非是一種探討領導技巧之理論,因它聚焦於追隨者的成功。服務領導的理念是一種基本的生命態度,需要心智的基本改變和某種內在的轉換,是一種實踐的哲學。
三、以科學典範的轉移為背景,並從服務領導的宇宙觀、組織觀與人性觀三個面向分析與比較,發現服務領導理念可做為社會企業之組織倫理觀。
最後,根據上述研究結果,提出對於後續研究者與實踐者之建議。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of the study is to explore the applicability of applying the philosophy of Servant-Leadership as the organizational ethics of social enterprise. Firstly, the researcher conducted amounts of careful literature reviews on Servant-Leadership, and found the majority of the researchers tend to create a set of valuable theories other than develop a philosophy. They believe that any theoretical progress is made possible only by an adequate measurement instrument. The researcher views Servant-Leadership through different lens, recognizes that it has a profound philosophical foundation. Secondly, the researcher examined the relevant literature of social enterprise to identify how the concept takes root and evolves. The study address them by using the viewpoints of new science theories based on Kuhn’s structure of scientific revolutionary approach, and by which to support the philosophical discussion on Servant-Leadership. Lastly, According to the literature reviews and discussions above, the findings are as below:
1.The social purpose should be the main object of the social enterprise. The social venture activities should relate to the purpose, and they are just the means to accomplish the social purpose, not the end.
2.The concept of servant-leadership emanating from a philosophy which is abstract and general more than concrete and measurable. Servant-leadership is a practical philosophy, and it’s not based on a set of skills but rather on a fundamental change of attitude and some kind of inner transformation.
3.Using the new science theories as context, the author analyzed and compared the view of cosmology, organization, and humanity of servant-leadership and social enterprise, and found it is applicable to apply the concept of servant-leadership as the organizational ethics of social enterprise.
Finally, base on the study, the researcher present some recommendations for the future research and practice.
