摘     要

由於在新經濟體系中,知識是最重要的無形資產亦是企業形成對外競爭優勢的主要來源。在知識管理相關文獻回顧後,發現大都探討知識管理推動力量中各要素之間的關係、或知識管理的推動力量與組織績效間的關係、或知識管理的推動力量、知識管理流程與組織績效間的關係。
然而,知識管理推動力量中各要素仍須仰賴知識管理策略的引導,且文獻中又較少涉及知識管理的推動力量、知識管理策略如何帶動組織績效提昇之實證議題。此外為了正確評估組織績效,本文除了使用財務性指標外,也採用智慧資本評量方式,如無形資產計算值法(Calculate intangible value;CIV)、與智慧資本增值係數法(Value Added Intellectual Coefficient;VAICTM)來評估組織績效。因此本文提出以組織文化、組織結構與資訊科技為自變數、知識管理策略為干擾變數、組織績效為因變數之關係研究,並以高科技產業為實證對象。

關鍵詞:知識管理、知識管理策略、組織績效、智慧資本。
Abstract

In the new economy system, knowledge is the most important intangible asset that is the main source of competitive advantage for most companies. After we reviewed the knowledge management literature, we discovered most of the elements which was the power to push the knowledge management including the relationship which is between organizational performance and knowledge management.
Nevertheless, each element from the power to push the knowledge management still needs to rely on knowledge management principle guiding. There are fewer literatures were involved in power of knowledge management’s pushing and its’ principles raising ever reality issue on the organization achievements promotion. Though in order to make the correct appraisal organization achievements, this report is not only discussing the finance target, but also using the wisdom capital comments the quantity way. For example, like the Calculate intangible value (CIV) and Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM)to judge the organizational performance.
Therefore, this article proposed to organizational culture with structure and information technology as an independent variable, knowledge management tactic as the disturbance variable, organizational performance as the dependent variable of the relationship for researching, and high-tech industries as the establishment object actually.
