Have an own house has always been the dream of most people. Not only because on one can give a sense of stability, but also a sense of belonging. As Taiwan''s rapid economic development, people pursue a higher quality of life. Just a simple house cannot relieve the stress of people, and therefore people demand more and more leisure facilities. Builders build the basic housing requirements for people from the beginning, and turn to actively planning rich and diverse public facilities to meet the leisure needs of people. Relatively, people burden the higher cost. However, in some condominiums which set of leisure facilities, found that households purchase housing after the extensive use of leisure facilities and sustained reduction in frequency of use. This paper will build a case study in Kaohsiung City, investigate households use public facilities for leisure frequency, user satisfaction and willingness to repurchase. This study used household survey research methods and the use of descriptive statistics, chi-square test, Spearman rank correlation coefficient and Pearson correlation coefficient test. After analyzing the case of Kaohsiung City, the result came out several important conclusions: The swimming pool, gym and KTV room, have higher use frequency, satisfaction and willingness to re-purchase in this case in Kaohsiung. The planners can put in consider these leisure facilities in the future. In addition, residents are unsatisfactory of poor facilities and space.
