本研究以社會資本理論為基礎,探討組織員工的社會資本與合作的關係,並以程序公平作為調節變項,確認程序公平在社會資本與合作意圖之間的調節作用。本研究以機車製造供應鏈為實證研究對象,採用問卷調查法收集資料,共計發放500份員工問卷及50份主管問卷,員工之有效問卷回收率為79.2%,主管之有效問卷回收率為94%,資料分別以信度、變異數分析、相關及迴歸等方法分析,獲得以下之研究結果:
ㄧ、不同個人變項的受試者在社會資本、程序公平、合作意圖與合作行為上有顯著差異。
二、社會資本與合作意圖具有顯著正向關係。
三、合作意圖與合作行為具有顯著正向關係。
四、社會資本與合作行為具有顯著正向關係。
五、合作意圖在社會資本與合作行為之間具有完全中介效果。
六、程序公平在社會資本與合作意圖之間具有調節效果。
Drawing on social capital theory, this study investigated the relationship between social capital and cooperation in employees of organizations. Through quantitative research, this article analyzed how procedural fairness moderated the relationship between social capital and cooperative intention. A total of 500 employees and 50 supervisors of motorcycle manufacturing supply chain were collected, and the completive response rate of employees was 79.2%, and the completive response rate of supervisor was 94%. In addition, the analysis methods included reliability, analysis of variance, correlation and regression.
The finding as below:

1.There are significant differences among various demographic variables on social capital, procedural fairness, cooperative intention and cooperative behavior.
2.There is positive relationship between social capital and cooperative intention.
3.There is positive relationship between cooperative intention and cooperative behavior.
4.There is positive relationship between social capital and cooperative behavior.
5.Cooperative intention completely mediated the relationship between social capital and cooperative behavior.
6.Procedural fairness moderated the relationship between social capital and cooperative intention.
