新產品設計複雜度日漸增加,有效設計鏈協同將成為企業維持競爭力的關鍵因素,設計鏈中的企業在發展新產品往往需要與供應商夥伴進行協同設計,選擇合適的供應商夥伴進行協同設計,需要一套系統化的架構,本研究目的即利用企業與數家供應商之間的資訊流及物流關係,並發展一套系統化的架構,幫助企業選擇合適的供應商夥伴,作為進一步協同設計基礎。首先以設計鏈作業參考模式(Design Chain Operations Reference-model; DCOR)為基礎,建構企業與多家供應商的設計流程資訊關係,接著使用設計結構矩陣(Design Structure Matrix; DSM)文件化表示企業與供應商於流程的資訊流及物流關係,並利用矩陣的分割法則,表示矩陣中流程與流程的關連性,最後使用集群分析(Cluster Analysis)將矩陣的流程元件進行分群,並評估分群的績效,利用分群結果協助企業於新產品發展的早期階段選擇適合的零件供應商夥伴,進行新產品發展與設計的活動。本研究利用供應鏈協會所提出的設計鏈作業參考模式作為發展基礎,其研究結果可作為產業界企業在挑選合適供應商早期參與新產品發展或設計之參考。
Many Taiwanese companies accumulate valuable OEM/ODM experience in the global value chain system. Through the new product design and manufacturing framework can be established to response market requirements. The design chain operation reference model is a modeling framework for integrating new product development. A company can used this framework to establish the product development processes for suppliers or customers. For this reason, this study proposed a three-stage methodolgy to develop a NPD process-oriented supplier selection framework. In the first stage, DCOR is adopted to analyze the business NPD process expressed by four levels. The design structure matrix is used to describe the process relationship between business and supplier. Based on the performance indices of DCOR, The design structure matrix is partitioned by a two-dimension method in the second stage. In the third stage, given weights provided by the experts, the clustering analysis is executed to evaluate the best supplier for different processes (i.e., different components). Finally, a empirical study is chosen to demonstrate the aptness of the proposed NPD process-oriented framework for supplier selection.
