微型部落格是近年來快速興起的網路平台,微型部落格的特色之一是每一則資訊的長度被限定在140-150個字以內。相較於傳統部落格用來撰寫短文、記錄知識和論述;微型部落格則達到了快速交換觀點、想法和分享資訊的目的。由於微型部落格的使用越來越普及,也因此在微型部落格上的活動已經從單純的分享訊息擴展到微型部落格行銷的商業行為。本研究於是想從微型部落格的使用者角度切入,來了解微型部落格使用者在使用此媒體時究竟是如何獲得滿足。
「使用與滿足理論」是在媒體使用的相關研究中最具有影響力的理論之一,此理論基本上在探討人們使用媒體的方式。本研究將以實際的問卷調查得到微型部落格的使用與滿足理論構面,進而了解微型部落格的使用動機,期待本研究結果能清楚反應出人們使用微型部落格背後不同的動機變數與滿足程度的關係,也作為日後相關研究的踏腳石。


Micro-blogging is the new network platform which is very popular in recent years. The most impressed characteristic is the length of every massage is limited to 140-150 words below. Compared to the traditional blog used to write essays, records of knowledge and discourse; micro- -blogging is to reach a rapid exchange of views, ideas and share information purposes. As the use of micro-blogging more popular, the activities of micro-blogging had been expanded from sharing the simple information to the commercial activities which like micro-blogging marketing. Therefore, this paper will like to understand how the users of micro-blogging would get satisfaction from the viewpoint of users.
"Uses and gratifications theory" is one of the most influential theories which is used in media research. Basically, this theory had been used to explore the way people use media. This paper empirically derives dimensions of consumer micro-blogging uses and gratifications and to understand the motivation of using micro-blogging. This research want to get the results which can clearly reflect the relationship between motivations behind and the level of satisfaction, and also a stepping stone for future research.
