國內日益重視傳統產業的升級、轉型,但面對大陸產業狀況亦不可不知。再者有越來越多的學者對於新興的國家,如中國大陸,認為這些來自西方的理論可能需要修改並建議可以應用體制理論來探討。「無形資源」為組織本質上的趨力,企業關鍵成功因素,已從有形資產移轉到無形管理能力成為企業獲取競爭優勢的主要來源。對於製造業而言,其對品質的追求與提升是永遠重要的課題,亦是影響廠商在產品競爭優勢的關鍵因素之一。然而品質提升必須靠企業的決心才會做出行動,提升品質的規範力是至關重要的,因此本研究以體制理論與體制規範探討傳統產業所處產業環境與其對品質規範的自覺,並以無形資源即智能資產的資源運用與佈局是如何影響產品品質。並以台灣與大陸兩地做實證研究與探討。
本實證研究透過合作公司的協助取得台灣中部中小傳統產業製造業在台灣、大陸兩地皆設廠投資的有效樣本共36份。之後透過PLS路徑分析軟體來分析兩地樣本資訊。
本研究結果與建議可了解兩地體制規範與其對智能資產配置之影響,並以智能資產觀點重新檢視產品品質。並根據研究分析結果,提出相關建議,協助中小傳統產業製造業日後對於品質管理的決策依據,並針對未來研究方向提出建議。
