本研究主要以醫療事業機構中開始拓展連鎖經營體系的皮膚科診所為主要的研究主體,探討其跳脫傳統的經營模式,開始轉向連鎖經營模式的內、外在因素為何?受到何種法規環境的影響?隨後進一步探討這樣一個新的商業營運機制,從理論角度來檢視是否具有其可行性,因此,本研究即採用價值網的概念,從四個價值創造的構面來逐一檢視此商業運作機制下,各利害關係人是否均能從此商業模式獲取價值創造的果實。最後,針對連鎖體系運作可能存在的內部管理問題做更詳細的討論,並提出相對應可行的管理機制,以求創造出內部綜效(synergy)。

This research focuses on the dermatologic clinic of medical institutions as the main research frame. The purpose of this study is the investigation of what internal and external factors are and how regulatory environment affect for the franchising business model. In the light of the concept of value net, further, this study explore whether the newly business model is available.

As such, this study adopts four dimensions of value net and investigates whether organizational stakeholder create value through the newly business model. Finally, this study discusses the operative system of franchising which exists internal management problems, and it offers the feasible management mechanisms to create internal synergy.
