本研究旨在探討安全管理對工作安全認知之影響,使用的研究方法包括文獻分析法和問卷調查法進行分析,研究對象為實施OHSAS18001的半導體產業。運用立意抽樣法,抽取500位對象進行施測,剔除無效問卷後,有效樣本356份,採用SPSS18.0和AMOS17.0等軟體進行統計分析本研究的組成信度(CR)及各構面的Cronbach α值都在0.7 以上,均達顯著水準,所以本研究具有不錯的信度及效度。在整體配適度方面,χ2/df=2.989,GFI=0.875,CFI=0.901,NFI=0.859、IFI=0.902,RMSEA=0.079,所以本研究模式具有不錯的適配程度,以下為本研究所得到的結論:
1.安全管理和風險管理對工作安全認知之影響,本研究顯示安全管理對工作安全認知的影響達到顯著水準,所以公司要特別注意安全管理的訂定,才能提昇員工安全認知水準。
2. 安全文化對研究模型之中介效果,本研究發現安全文化,是安全管理和風險管理對工作安全認知影響的共同中介因子,公司管理者要提升員工工作安全認知時,除了進行風險管理訓練與訂定安全政策外,更要建立安全文化,才能有效的提升工作安全認知情形。
3. 安全領導對安全文化及安全認知之干擾效果,可以得知本研究模式的安全領導變項干擾效果存在,表示安全文化在影響工作安全認知時,會受到安全領導的影響而有變化。
4. 安全管理對工作安全認知之評估模式,經由多群組分析之後未達顯著水準,得知半導體產業員工為不會因性別之差異而有所影響。
5. 本研究模式的潛在變項包括安全管理、風險管理、安全文化、安全領導及工作安全認知,可以完整且多方面探討安全管理對工作安全認知的影響,此為本研究的學術貢獻之一。

This study aimed to explore the influence of employees’ safety management on their work safety cognition. The document analysis and a questionnaire were adopted in this research. The subjects included those in the semiconductor industry where OHSAS18001 was implemented. By using the purposive sampling method, 500 observed data were collected. After removing the invalid questionnaires, 356 valid samples remained, and the SPSS and AMOS software were used for data analysis. In this study, the reliability of all dimensions are above 0.7 in terns of the Cronbach α values which means the significance levels are reached. As to the overall fitness, χ2/df= 2.989, GFI=0.875, CFI = 0.901, NFI = 0.859, IFI = 0.902, RMSEA = 0.079, indicate that the model has a good explanatory power. The conclusions of the study are as follows:
1. The impacts of the safety management and risk management on work safety cognition: This study shows that safety management on work safety cognition are significantly related. Therefore, the company should pay special attention to safety management, in order to enhance employees’ work safety cognition.
2. Safety culture model of the mediator of the study: The study found that safety culture was a common mediator of the safety management and risk management on work safety cognition. If the company managers wanted to enhance staff work safety cognition, in addition to offer risk management training and set safety policies, they also needed to establish safety culture in order to effectively enhance the work safety cognition.
3. The modifier effect of the safety leadership on safety culture and the work safety cognition: It is found that the modifier effect of the safety culture exists in work safety cognition, which means the impact of safety leadership has changed.
4. In the work safety cognition assessment model of safety management through the multi-group analysis, we know that it is not reach the significant level. So we can know that there is no difference in work safety cognition of employees of the semiconductor industry because of the sex.
5. The contribution of the study: The potential variables in this model included the safety management, risk management, safety culture, safety leadership, and work safety cognition, which are investigated and discussed comprehensively in this study, and it was results offer details in respect of the impacts of the risk management on the work safety cognition.
