This study is about the innovation of the glucose biosensor measurement. The experiment is used AC signal and DC voltage to input to the glucose test strips. On the other hand, we used transimpedance amplifier circuit to access signal for finding out the best input frequency, also to indentify the allowable input frequency. Then, we can calculate the output current sensitivity of glucose test strips through the calculation. The output current sensitivity is -12.46nA/(mg/dL) under the allowable input frequency, and its standard deviation is between -12.46nA to 0.75nA. This study simplifies the process of calibration, and used signal point calibration to calculate the unknown concentration of glucose. In addition, it can reduce the noise and improve the accuracy and using value under restriction specific frequency range.
