本研究目的探討九歲到十八歲正常體位男性心率變異度之變化。方法:以172位9-18歲正常體位男性為研究對象,測量其身高、體重、身體質量指數與心率變異度,並以青春期發展量表評估生長發育的指標。所有受試以年齡分為9-13歲和14-18歲兩組,而以青春期則分為青春前、中、晚和後期等四組。方法:以獨立樣本T檢定探討年齡分組,而以單因子變異數探討青春四組的組間差異。結果:在身體基本生理值方面,不同年齡階層之身高、體重和身體質量指數(BMI)中皆達顯著差異(P<0.5);在年齡方面,HF%在9-13和14-18歲達顯著差異(P<.05),其他指標皆未達顯著差異;在生長發育方面,TP與HF%在青春期晚期和中期達顯著差異(P<0.05),其他指標皆未達顯著差異。結論:(一) 9-18歲正常體位男性之身高、體重、身體質量指數,會受到生長發育的影響並隨著年齡增加(二)在兒童與青少年階段,自主神經系統會隨著年齡增加且逐漸達到成熟階段;(三)自主神經系統發育在青春期後期達到成熟階段。
The purpose of this study was to explore the changes of Heart Rate Variability (HRV) of 9-18 years old in normal-weight males. Methods : The were 172 subjects, all normal-weight males aged 9-18. We evaluated the height, weight, BMI and heart rate variability. Subjects were divided into two kinds of groups , based on their ages and phases of puberty. For the first group, there were 9-13 and 14-18 years old groups. For the other , there were early pubertal、midpubertal、late pubertal and postpubertal .A self-report questionnaire Pubertal Development Scale (PDS) was implemented as an index of growth. The data of this study was analyzed by independent t-test to compare the difference between two groups and one-way ANOVA to compare the difference between four groups. Results: In terms of body measurement, there was significantly differences in height ,weight and BMI (P<0.5);in terms of age, regarding HF% was significantly differences in 9-13 and 14-18 years old, but no significantly differences in others (P>.05);in terms of growth,TP and HF% were significantly differences in late pubertal and postpubertal (P&lt;.05), but no significantly differences in others (P>.05).Conclusions:(1)The height,weight,BMI of 9-18 years old male increase with ages and are impacted by growth.(2)The autonomy nervous system would be more mature by the ages in children and adolescents.(3)The autonomy nervous system would be stable maturity in postpubertal.
