本研究以Stufflebeam(1971)等人所發展之CIPP評鑑模式為參考,對第七屆智慧鐵人創意競賽加以評鑑,以瞭解智慧鐵人創意競賽辦理現況,探討參賽者對競賽的意見與感受,比較不同背景變項參賽者的個人特質和團隊特質,據此提供爾後創意競賽活動辦理之參考。研究發現:
壹、不同背景變項參賽者個人特質有差異
貳、晉級決賽隊伍高中組與高職組成員之組成有差異
參、不同背景變項參賽者團隊互動品質有差異
肆、競賽投注資源尚有改進空間
伍、主軸任務國內外學生選擇主題有差異
陸、參賽者給予競賽正面評價
柒、不同背景變項參賽者競賽滿意度有差異

This study aimed to use CIPP (Context-Input-Process-Product) model to evaluate Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest. Results of the study may provide useful information and suggestions to creativity contests. The study findings were as follows.
1.Participants of various backgrounds have different personality traits.
2.The members of senior high school teams who enter finals are different from those of vocational high school teams.
3.Participants of various backgrounds have different teamwork qualities.
4.The resources invested in Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest still have to be improved.
5.Taiwan teams’ topics for their main project are not alike to those of other countries.
6.Participants gave Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest positive comments.
7.Participants of various backgrounds have different degrees of satisfaction about Intelligent Ironman Creativity Contest.
