從家族治療的觀點來探討家族系統排列之
內涵-以華人家族心靈排列為例

摘　　要
　　本研究將以何長珠帶領的華人家族心靈排列之成員為研究對象，再同時梳理海寧格家族系統排列及家族治療之理論基礎、背景脈絡及技巧。本研究之主要目的為運用家族治療之相關理論來探討華人文化中傳統之民俗信仰與心理劇形式結合之華人家族心靈排列，其排列歷程中所運用之理論概念或介入技巧為何。其研究結果發現華人家族心靈排列之理論學派屬折衷學派，並擁有其獨特之概念與技術，其內容包括1.在開始進行排列前會以能量觀點進行整體之暖身（調氣及觀光）；2.運用佛教及民間信仰「因果－業」之觀點看待問題之原因與解決；3.排列過程中由其他成員替代家族成員可增加真實感與凝聚力；4.由當事人去感應（受）問題來源以增加客觀檢核；5.對未來家庭動力改變情況之預測；6.一次僅處理一個家庭系統之問題，約可解決當事人1/3的問題；7.結束前讓當事人自評問題改善程度（10評等）；8.請當事人事後需填寫排列記錄表，以凝固其學習。最後依據上述研究結果，進一步對實務上的應用和未來之研究提供建議。

A Study of the Intrinsic Meanings of Family Constellation from the Viewpoint of Family Therapy－Taking the Chinese Family Spiritual Constellations as Example

Abstract
　　The present study reviews the theoretical framework, contexts and techniques of Family Constellation proposed by B. Helinger and revised by C.C. Ho’s (Chinese Family Spiritual Constellations, CFSC). With a purpose to compare the theoretical concepts and techniques with those of traditional Family Therapyies
The findings reveal that, CFSC pertains to the school of eclectic approaches and yet possess its own concepts and techniques. Which include, a) a spiritual warm-up (such as breath relaxation and light-healing )practice normally runs before the start of constellation; b) the karma-samskara perspective that is common in Buddhist and Chinese folk believes is employed as a problem-solving principle; c) during the process, members of the group was invited to represent the role of certain family members, which adds to the sense of reality-checking and also facilitate the level of cohesiveness; d) Applying the client’s institution as a source to identify the origins of problems; e) a prediction of the future of the family dynamics as a guide of the outcome evaluation; f) one problem –one system solved principle; g) the client is asked to ranked the effect of treatment according to a 10 scale evaluation ; h) the client is also required to write down the process of the constellations afterwards to ensure the learning. Finally, the present study offers suggestions for practical applications and further research.
