足底壓力在腳底與足部的傷害與病變上,是一種指標性的觀察變項,有關女性足球選手足底壓力的相關研究甚少,過去所得的結果並不一致。本研究目的在於了解女性足球選手執行不同動作技術時腳底不同區塊足底壓力之壓力峰值(peak pressure, PP)、力量時間積分(force-time integral, FTI)及接觸面積(contact area, CA)是否有顯著差異。共徵召10名國家女子足球代表隊隊員(年齡:21.6歲 ± 2.8歲;身高:166.8cm ± 4.3cm;體重:58.1kg ± 5.3kg),在選手熱身10~15分鐘後分別進行改變方向(cutting)、轉身改變方向(crossover-cut)、衝刺(acceleration)三種不同的專項動作技術,每一種動作都執行五次,並將五次所得到的數據平均。將足底分為八個區塊以進行足底壓力分析,分別為大拇趾 (hallux, H) 、其它腳趾(lesser toe, LT)、前腳掌內側 (medial forefoot, MF) 、前腳掌中間 (middle forefoot, MDF)、前腳掌外側 (lateral forefoot, LFF)、中足內側 (medial midfoot, MMF)、中足外側 (lateral midfoot, LM) 、腳跟 (rear foot, RF) 。使用SPSS for Windows 17.0統計套裝軟體將收集的數據進行統計分析,以共變數分析(ANCOVA)進行不同動作技術的足底壓力比較,統計顯著水準設為α=0.05進行考驗。研究結果發現三種動作的PP在不同區塊有達顯著差異,在MMF、LM區塊中執行改變方向時及轉身改變方向時的PP顯著高於衝刺時的PP;在RF區塊執行改變方向時的PP顯著高於衝刺時的PP。三種動作的FTI在不同區塊有達顯著差異,在H、MMF、RF區塊中改變方向時的FTI及 轉身改變方向時的FTI顯著高於衝刺時的FTI;在MF區塊中衝刺時的FTI顯著高於轉身改變方向時的FTI;在MDF中改變方向時的FTI顯著高於衝刺時的FTI。三種動作的CA在不同區塊有達顯著差異,在H、LT區塊中轉身改變方向的CA顯著大於衝刺時的CA。執行三種不同動作對足底各區塊足壓的影響,主要發現三種動作的負荷都集中在大拇趾、前腳掌內側與前腳掌中間三個區塊,因此在設計與實施運動訓練、傷害復健與鞋具設計時,需要特別注意大拇趾、前腳掌內側與前腳掌中間這些呈現壓力較高的區域,避免重複的累積負荷導致傷害。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the peak pressure, force-time integral, contact area of three different athletic tasks in different foot regions in female soccer players. Ten national women soccer team players were recruited (21.6 ± 2.8 years, 166.8 ± 4.3cm, 58.08 ± 5.3kg) in this study. After warm-up, subjects did cutting, crossover cut and acceleration 5 times while plantar pressure data was collected with sample rate at 100Hz. The plantar pressure data was divided into three phases: cutting, crossover cut and acceleration phase. The insole data were divided into eight anatomical regions for pressure analysis. The results showed that there were significantly higher PP in MMF and LF during cutting and crossover-cut phase than acceleration phase. There were significantly higher PP in RF during cutting phase than acceleration phase. The FTI in H, MMF, MDF and RF of cutting and crossover cut phase were significantly higher than acceleration phase. There were significantly lager CA in H and LT during crossover cut phase than acceleration phase. The results of this study demonstrated that three athletic tasks all significantly increased the loading on the H, MF and MMF; also the PP and FTI were significantly increased during crossover cut phase. The increased loading in plantar pressure during turning should be taken into consideration in soccer training.
