服務業在各國的產業中均佔相當大的比例,服務業在產業中要維持競爭優勢,組織吸收能力與組織創新是重要的關鍵因素。因此,本研究在探討服務業之組織吸收能力、組織創新與組織績效之關聯性。本研究以2010年天下文化雜誌所公布之台灣500大服務業廠商作為對象,發出500份問卷,有效樣本95份,再以結構化方程模式進行資料的驗證。本研究發現:在服務業中,組織創新對組織吸收能力與組織績效之關聯性具有部份中介效果,亦即組織吸收能力,會直接影響組織的績效,亦會透過組織創新提升組織的績效。因此,服務業除有效提升組織吸收能力外,亦應提升有助於增進組織創新之組織吸收能力,以提升組織績效。
