過去企業為了避免供應中斷的情況發生,大多認為合作的供應商越多越好,且供應商越多,企業越能進行議價以降低成本;然而隨著產品生命週期的縮短,產品技術複雜度的提升,如何選擇優秀的供應商並與他們長期合作、持續改善產品品質並降低成本,已成為企業營運的重要目標。且在買賣雙方協同合作下,企業與供應商共同提昇競爭力,以達到雙贏的結果為最終目標。因此本研究回顧了過去十年有關供應鏈協同整合的相關文獻,提出在選擇供應商時,有九個重要的協同能力需要考量-預測協同能力、設計協同能力、訂單協同能力、採購協同能力、生產協同能力、物流協同能力、資訊共享能力、組織文化能力、財務成本能力。接著針對公司採購部門中的相關人員進行問卷的發放,問卷內容包括供應鏈協同合作之認同程度、供應商評估選擇關鍵能力,在三種「供應鏈協同合作」類型下之重要性比較和供應商評估選擇關鍵因素之重要性比較,希望能藉由他們的專業知識和實務經驗,評估本研究模型之建立。本研究在問卷設計與分析部份主要運用模糊層級分析法來進行問卷分析。最後問卷結果得到在不同的供應鏈協同合作下,供應商評估選擇所著重的協同能力也會有所不同,並提出供應鏈協同合作的流程圖,以作為企業在供應鏈協同合作模式中之供應商評估選擇的一個參考指標。
In the past, most enterprises would consider it better to have more collaborative suppliers lest they should run out of supply.With more suppliers, the enterprises may be able to lower their costs through bargaining. However, it has become a vital business goal as to choose an excellent, long-term cooperative supplier to persistently improve their product quality and lower their costs as product life cycles shortened and the complexity of product technologies enhanced. Moreover, enterprises and suppliers may jointly increase their competitiveness under the collaboration of both the buying and selling parties. Their ultimate goal is to create a win-win situation. Thus, we looked back on the relevant literatures concerning supply chain collaboration and integration for the last 10 years and proposed that there are 9 important dimensions to be considered when it comes to the collaboration capabilities. They are collaboration capabilities of Predict, Design, Order, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Information Sharing, Organizational culture, and Financial, respectively. Then, we issued questionnaires to relevant personnel in the department of procurement. The content of the questionnaire shall include the level of acceptance for each type of supply chain collaboration, the key capabilities in supplier evaluation and selection, the importance comparisons under three kinds of “supply chain collaboration”, and the key factors in supplier evaluation and selection as well. We hope that their professional knowledge and practical experiences would help evaluate the establishment of a model. Finally, we obtained the results that their collaboration capabilities in supplier evaluation and selection were different under different supply chain collaboration types. And, we also advanced the flow chart for supply chain collaboration, which would serve as the indexes for the enterprises in their supplier evaluation and selection under a certain pattern of supply chain collaboration.
