In recent years, environmental consciousness, consumers tend to green demand, the rapid response to changes in market demand, so manufacturers how to green knowledge management the ability to quickly develop green products, are managers important issue. This research focuses on access to resources, the resources and develop an ability to integrate applications, and to improve the performance of enterprises to explore the establishment argument. Current knowledge management shortcomings: First, few studies about technical issues; Second, fewer scholars in the green dwell on the causes and effects of knowledge management. In this study, unlike previous studies, into the green part of knowledge management within the organization, suppliers and customers to explore the green knowledge management, through the support of literature, most scholars will be able to resolve past issues in knowledge management issues in the conflict and to develop a hypothesis of this study. Empirical data from 551 Taiwan information firms, and using structure equation modeling(SEM) to test hypothesis. We found that the organization green knowledge management and customer knowledge management for the green new product flexibility than insignificant effect, but firms at different levels of green knowledge management, in addition to enhancing development of green products and green products mix flexibility ability, also green products can improve company performance.
