腦性麻痺幼童除了接受西醫門診復健治療外,往往還接受中醫治療。這種使用非主流醫療資源,在國外也很平常。在台灣將傳統中國醫學結合物理治療技術應用於患者,至今未能為受到重視。
本研究的主要目的在:
一、 探討湧泉穴踩壓對腦性麻痺患童肌肉張力的影響。
二、 探討湧泉穴踩壓對腦性麻痺患童粗大動作的影響。
三、 探討湧泉穴踩壓對腦性麻痺患童生活品質的影響。
本研究為前後測對照組雙盲實驗設計。取樣以中部地區在醫院或機構內接受復健的2-6歲腦性麻痺患童,依據粗大動作能力隨機分派至實驗組或對照組。實驗組7名、對照組7名在參加本研究的第一天、第一個月後、第二個月後接受研究工具檢測。使用的統計方法包括描述性分析、卡方檢定、皮爾森相關考驗、無母數分析的曼-惠特妮考驗與Wilcoxon符號排序考驗。所有統計方法之顯著水準定為0.05。
實驗結果發現:
一、 湧泉穴踩壓會改善腦性麻痺幼童的部分肢體的肌肉張力。
二、 腦性麻痺幼童湧泉穴踩壓後會對粗大動作產生進步。
三、 湧泉穴踩壓後腦性麻痺幼童在生活品質會產生進步。
湧泉穴位踩壓在短期可以改善GMFCSⅠ、Ⅱ腦性麻痺兒童部分的肌肉張力、粗大動作能力與生活品質。由於取樣上的限制,在使用結果推論上需謹慎。

Children with cerebral palsy treated not only with rehabilitation programs but also Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM). This non-mainstream health care resources were also common in foreign countries. TCM with physical therapy for patients in Taiwan has failed to be taken seriously.
The purposes of this research included those as follow: 1. discuss the effect of Yongquan point on the muscle tone of children with cerebral palsy. 2. discuss the effect of Yongquan point on the motor ability of children with cerebral palsy. 3. discuss the effect of Yongquan point on the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy.
Method: The experimental design was pretest-posttest control group and double-blind experimental design. There were 7 pair children with cerebral palsy aged 2-6, recruited from hospital or institute in the central region of Taiwan, assigned randomly into control and experimental group in terms of gross motor ability. Control group accepted rehabilitation program and experimental group accepted additional acupressure therapy of Yongquan point. They received instruments to test at the first day, post the first month and second months. The statistical methods included descriptive analysis, Chi-square test, Pearson correlation, nonparametric analysis, Mann - Whitney test and Wilcoxon signed sorting test. The significance level of all statistical methods are setup at 0.05.

The experiment results show :1.Yongquan stimulation can improve the part of the body's muscle tone. 2. Yongquan stimulation can improve the gross motor ability. 3. Yongquan stimulation can improve quality of life.
Yongquan acupressure can improve parts of the muscle tone, gross motor ability and quality of life of children with cerebral palsy in GMFCS levelⅠ、Ⅱ. Due to the limitation of sampling, it’s necessary to be more careful when making conclusion of test result.
