This paper presents the result of a studying that explore user satisfaction of using computer applications in education and training management section in Dalat University, the relative information system management with demand for information technology and information and communication technology using in working place daily has an important role for education and management in Vietnam. This study adopts the definition of attitude, intention and satisfaction as the psychological state of the importance and personal relevance that users relate to a given system for academic management. Nine hypotheses were proposed, and nine were supported by users. In both a short-tested factors demand framework and a production function framework of development variables related to DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model, we find evidence for complimentarily. User satisfaction to use a system is complementary to institutions and organizations which include broader field responsibilities for academic management term, and more specific-managing firms in academic management affairs.
