A型HINI流感自2009年3、4月份在墨西哥爆發以來,已席捲全球160多個國家,出現了跨國、跨洲傳播,造成巨大的人類傷害。伴隨著疫情快速變化,其預防與治療成為一個重要的話題。流感疫苗的開發與使用是新型流感預防環節中的重要步驟。預防流感流行的方法之一就是給予有效的疫苗注射預防。學校是一個人口高密度與高接觸的社群,容易造成傳染病的流行,且國小學童因為年齡小、身體抵抗力差,健康衛生習慣尚未養成,且無很好的預防意識,仍易受到各種病毒傳染而產生疾病。「預防重於治療」是健康教育強調的重點,所以當前形勢下採取措施加強國小學生對H1N1新流感的瞭解,非常的急迫和重要。
因此,本研究以彰化縣管嶼國小五年級學童(共計156例)為研究物件,通過問卷調查,深入瞭解國小學生對H1N1新流感的認知各方面情況,包括國小學生對H1N1新流感的認知途徑、認知情況、對H1N1新流感疫情與流感疫苗接種的態度,以及H1N1新流感及新流感疫苗對他們生活和思想的影響。並對結果進行統計分析,探討學童對新流感的認知情況、預防行為、新流感給學童帶來的影響,以及幾個方面相互之間的關係,根據研究分析結果與實證發現,提出結論與建議,供政府相關機關以及後續研究者之參考。
Since Influenza H1N1 outbreak in Mexico March and April 2009, it has spread more than 160 countries around the world, causing great harm. With the rapid changes in the epidemic, its prevention and treatment has become an important topic in various countries. Development and use of influenza vaccine is very important for the prevention of new infection. One way to prevent influenza pandemic is the injection of an effective vaccine. School has high population density ,and infectious diseases are easily to spread in schools, In primary school, students are vulnerable to a variety of transmission of the virus and the disease, because of their young age, poor physical resistance, their health and hygiene habits have not yet formed, and they have no awareness of good prevention. "Prevention is better than cure " is a health education emphasis. so, to strengthen elementary school students the understanding of new influenza H1N1, is very urgent and important.
Therefore, in this study , 156 students in fifth grade in Changhua County were studied through questionnaires for in-depth understanding of the primary school students’ knowledge of the H1N1 influenza and other aspects . Including cognitive approach and cognitive level of the H1N1 influenza of students, students’ attitude of new influenza H1N1 epidemic and H1N1 influenza vaccine, as well as influenza H1N1 and influenza H1N1 vaccine’s impact on student behavior. Statistical analysis of the results to explore the children's awareness of the new influenza, the prevention, the impact of influenza to the children, and the relationship between these several aspects. According to research results and empirical findings, conclusions and Recommendations are proposed for the Government and the follow-up researchers.
