本文以LabVIEW環境，搭配National Instruments 公司出品的資料擷取卡(Data Acquisition Card，DAQ)，以及相關硬體來設計一電力頻率量測平台。經由DAQ卡將訊號傳送到PC中，並利用LabVIEW建置一虛擬儀表來分析擷取到的訊號，藉由零交越點演算法(Zero-Crossing Algorithm)計算出實際輸入電力訊號的頻率，藉以驗證該演算法不但具有計算速度快的優點，同時亦能夠具有高準確度之分析結果。經由模擬信號與實際的量測分析得以驗證本文所使用方法之有效性與實用性。

In this paper, a power frequency measurement platform with LabVIEW environment, the data acquisition card (Data Acquisition Card, DAQ) produced by National Instruments, and related hardware is developed. Firstly, the power signal is transmitted to the PC through the DAQ card. Then, the power frequency of extracted signal can be analyzed by zero-crossing algorithm built in a virtual instrument via LabVIEW. In the experiments, it is verified that the algorithm not only is with the low computational burden, but also produces accurate results. With the simulated signals and the actual measurements, the effectiveness and practicality of applied algorithm can be easily observed.
