臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

台灣經濟早期隨著工業發展的腳步而蓬勃發展，而工業區的開發是政府重要的開發經濟工具，台灣工業區政策對經濟上意義上貢獻不可抹滅，但是隨著時間的轉移與空間的變遷，早期所開發的工業區內部公共設施早已老舊或不符使用，因此必須透過更新手段為工業區達到活化再生的目的，提高工業區整體使用效率及功能，本文藉由探討更新滿意度及影響更新因素，提高未來更新效果。
本研究以老舊工業區作為研究主軸，首先針對國內工業區更新作相關資料文獻整理分析。選取台中工業區作為案例調查研究標的，調查台中工業區使用者對於更新改善項目之滿意度及使用者期待更新改善項目，並探討目前工業區影響更新改善成效影響因素。研究方法將以問卷調查法的方式，探討目前更新滿意度及對更新項目之期望度，藉由分析網路程序法問卷的方式，調查更新的影響因素之重要性，最後提出改善建議。
研究結果發現目前台中工業區滿意最高為入口意象，期望度最高為停車空間最需要被更新改善；影響工業區公共設施更新改善因素之重要12項為「整體規劃設計理念不足」、「服務中心及廠?會對設計成果之參與程度低落」、「工程品質低落」、「缺乏專責推動與監督機構」、、「中央編定管理，缺乏地方參與」、「缺乏各相關團體溝通平台」、「民間更新誘因不足」、「囿於預算執行率目標，致部分工程工項無法兼顧」、「缺乏明確的補助流程」、「更新再生條例依據未明」、「土地使用管制未充分鬆綁」、「都市更新推動經驗皆耗時多年」。

Economic flourishing is growing with the industrial development, the industrial parks is important tools to develop economic of the government, Taiwan''s industrial policies on the economic contribution of indelible sense, but as time and space changes the public facilities of industrial parks had became to old and become invalid , industrial parks have to renew to achieve the purpose of activation. To improve the overall efficiency of industrial parks and functions of renew by the factors affecting degree of satisfaction, improve the effect of future renew plan.

In old industrial parks as a research, select the Taichung Industrial Park as a research subject for case study. First to analyzed the renewal documents and user satisfaction, look forward to the project, the secondary purpose of the present industrial parks to improve the effectiveness of renewal factors, the questionnaire survey method will be a way to explore the current renewal project satisfaction and expectations, last by way of ANP questionnaire to investigate factors affecting the importance degree of renew and discuss the final recommendations for industrial park improvement.

The results showed that satisfaction with the current maximum of theTaichung Industrial Park entrance image, the highest expectations for the parking space needs to be renewal to improve the most; affect industrial areas to improve public facilities update important factor 12 as a "lack of overall planning and design concepts," "service centers and Manufacturers Association will design results of the low level of participation, "" project quality low "," dedicated to promoting and lack of oversight bodies, "" scheduled central management, lack of local participation, "" lack of communication between all relevant organizations platform, "" civil renewals lack of incentives, "" limited budget implementation rate of the target, causing part of the project work items can not take into account, "" lack of clear benefits flow ","renewal regulations based on renewable unknown "," land use control is not fully relaxed, "" to promote urban renewal are time-consuming experience for many years. "
