本研究利用資源基礎理論、能耐觀點與動態能力的觀點探討臺灣代工廠商所處的競爭環境與網絡關係對能耐發展與長期顧客關係的影響。針對研究問題,本文提出四個假設並使用SPSS統計軟體進行驗證。透過郵寄問卷,共收集70份臺灣OEM/ODM廠商之有效問卷。研究結果發現,競爭環境和網絡關係中的顧客關係對於代工廠商在能耐發展與長期顧客關係維持上皆為正向關係。
This research used resource-based theory, competence view and dynamic view to discuss the influences of competiveness and network relationship on the competence development and long-term customer relationships in Taiwan OEM industry. In view of this problem, this thesis proposed four hypothesis and used statistical software SPSS to testify. By mailing the questionnaires, we collected 70 effective questionnaires of OEM/ODM firms in Taiwan. The results showed that the competitive environment and network relationship (customer relationship) were positive as to the competence development and long-term customer relationships.
