台灣是全世界的加工廠,所以在擁有很多零件工廠的情況下,就會有各式各樣屬於自己工廠的群組技術。而群組技術系統中有很多不一樣的編碼方式,很多公司都是將原有的編碼再做進一步的加工或調整。群組技術的目的在於利用編碼系統,可以快速的將新的零件做歸類,降低生產成本與節省重新編碼的時間。

本論文為模擬出三種不同的群組技術系統,分別為Vuoso-Praha、Opitz和KK-3,再用這三種編碼不盡相同的群組技術系統,利用線上處理分析系統(OLAP)的方式,做出一套資料庫系統。

資料庫系統需要與操作者互動,資料庫方面是使用MYSQL,而網頁的部分則是使用PHP動態網頁語法,在伺服器方面則是利用Appserv,讓本機電腦做為伺服器端,方便程式的測試。在最後過程的部分,將會從零件編碼、操作資料庫中的資料到撰寫程式等介紹。


Taiwan is one of the famous countries about manufacturing. There are many group technology systems in the world. Each system is different. As we know, every factory does have own Group technology. The purpose about Group technology is that when there is a new part, the company will take time for coding it, but group technology could save time and do some cost down in the same time.

This research is comparing three kind of group technology system, Vuoso-Praha, Opitz and KK-3. They have similar purpose but different coding. In this paper, I will simulate these systems by using online analytical processing (OLAP), and create a simple system for them.

The user should interact with database, so I take PHP for designing web page, MYSQL for database﹐ Appserv for server which can be set on own desktop. I will introduce this system which include parts coding, creating database, the web page design etc.
