腦血管疾病在國人死因中高居第三,其中最常見的就是腦中風,中風不僅危害到病患的生命,同時也造成家庭、社會上無形的負擔。本研究希望能夠提供一項非侵入式、無危險性,且操作簡單的量測的方法,並配合複雜度參數對微循環血流進行分析比較,建立一套嶄新的監控技術,用以評估中風療效以及預防中風。
本實驗以雷射都普勒儀量測受測者的微循環血流,量測點固定為受測者左右兩邊太陽穴。篩選過後的受測者可分為輕症病患、重症病患、健康人。分析結果顯示,病患在血流複雜度上皆與健康人有明顯的差異,且呈現灰階現象;病患在健患側相比較時,只有重症病患有明顯的差異存在;而針灸前後相比,也是重症病患有比較明顯的差異存在。
本研究具有非侵入性、低危險性、節省醫療人力、遠距醫療…等優勢,對未來預防中風及評估治療中風將會有重大的貢獻。


Cerebrovascular disease is the third in cause of death, the most common is stroke, stroke patients not only endanger the life, but also become invisible burdens of their family even society. This study hopes to provide a non-invasive, non-hazardous, easy way for measurement, and with the complexity of microcirculatory blood flow were analyzed and compared, to establish a new monitoring techniques to assess stroke efficacy and the prevention of stroke.
In this experiment, we used the Laser Doppler Flowmetry to measure subjects microcirculatory blood flow, and we fixed the measurement points on their temples. After screening, subjects can be divided into mild patients, heavy patients and healthy people. The results showed that patients have significantly different from healthy people on all complexity of the blood flow, and present gray-scale phenomena; When comparing patients'' affected side and healthy side, only the heavy patients have significant differences; While comparing before and after acupuncture, also the heavy patients have significant differences.
This study has a non-invasive, low risk, save medical manpower, telemedicine ... and other advantages, it will be a significant contribution for assessment of stroke treatment and stroke prevention in the future.
