本研究主要以策略性人力資源觀點來檢視面臨業務轉型成自有品牌之影響因素,由於變革作為勢必在管理流程、政策施行、組織結構以及決策思維上做出調整,所以本研究認為組織高階管理團隊之特質多元性,以及由人力資源部門負責推動之內部組織學習機制、組織文化類型、以及人力資源訓練發展政策的施行,都將成為影響變革是否順利推動的重要因素。此外,本研究亦加入組織慣性,研究變革過程中代工廠商所遇到的慣性阻力,對品牌發展績效有何影響,並且人力資源相關的活動會對組織慣性產生何種影響,本研究將以問卷調查方式對以上研究議題進行實證分析。
 本研究問卷多採用李克特五點量表進行問項設計,以台灣區電機電子工業同業公會會員名單做為研究對象寄發問卷,在刪除無效問卷後總計105份問卷,分析方式採用SPSS統計軟體,以階層迴歸方式分析各變數間關係,實證結果發現:(一)開創式組織學習機制對廠商發展品牌業務有正向影響(二)高階管理團隊成員人數對廠商發展品牌績效有正向影響有正向影響(三)人力訓練發展政策對TMT團隊人數與發展品牌績效間關係有正向調節效果(四)不同組織文化類型對於組織慣性與發展品牌績效有不同調節效果
