本研究的主旨在探討國中小教師領導部屬交換關係是否透過組織認同、關係認同影響資訊融入教學的創新行為表現。本研究以全國國中小教師為對象,自全國119所樣本中得有效問卷945份(99所學校)。經階層線性模式分析,結果顯示個體層次的主管部屬關係品質會透過關係認同對資訊融入教學之創新行為有正向影響。最後根據本研究之結果,提出理論與實務亦含,並說明研究限制以供後續研究參考。
The purpose of this study was to examine organizational identification, relational identification as a mediator between leader-member exchange (i.e., LMX) and subordinate‘s innovative teaching performance for elementary school teachers and junior high school teachers. The study targeted to elementary school teachers and junior high school teachers from 99 schools of 945 effective questionnaires. Using hierarchical linear modeling for data analysis, the results showed that relational identification mediates the relationship between LMX and innovative teaching performance. Implications, limitations, and suggestion for future research were discussed.
