  由於社會的變遷及人口逐漸老化,國人對於醫療品質的需求迫切,使得急診醫療設備和服務益顯重要。衛生署於2010年1月1日起全面實施急診五級檢傷分類標準,可以快速評估病人病情急迫嚴重程度,決定看診順序。檢傷系統實施的時間至今僅兩年的時間,學術界目前對於檢傷分類五級系統尚未有廣泛的實證研究。
  本研究以資訊系統接受後持續採用模式為理論基礎,並使用檢傷分類系統之資訊系統品質相關面向,並探工作相關及教育訓練對檢傷護理人員之態度影響。研究採問卷調查法,發放嘉義區域8家有使用檢傷系統之急救責任醫院,共蒐集到279份有效之問卷,主要以結構方程模式來驗證研究模式內各變數間之關係。研究結果顯示檢傷人員之教育訓練與工作相關與檢傷系統之輸出品質、回應時間及效果驗證至檢傷人員之知覺有用性、知覺易用性、確認與滿意度皆呈顯著。研究結果對學術面及實務面皆具有良好的貢獻。

  With the changing society, aging of population, the demand on health care quality is rising. Therefore, emergency medical equipment and service are getting more and more important today. The department of health is adopted Taiwan Triage and Acuity Scale (TTAS) on 2010/1/1, which can assess the severity of a patient's condition in the emergency room. It’s just two years for implementation of triage system, therefore, the study of triage field is lacking.
  The theoretical framework was proposed to discuss the relationships among IS Post-Acceptance Model, system quality and information quality of triage system, in addition, the study investigating emergency triage nurses’ education training and job relevance. The research model was tested using the survey method, data were collected from 8 Emergency responsibility hospitals which implemented triage system. The total samples of 279 valid questionnaires were collected from survey. According to the result of a structural equation model (SEM), this research confirmed that emergency triage nurses’ education training and job relevance has positive related to perceived usefulness, output quality, response time and result demonstrability of triage system is significantly positive related to confirmation, confirmation is positive related to perceived usefulness and ease of use, and confirmation, perceived usefulness and ease of use is related to user satisfaction. The result raised in the academic and practical contributions.
