近年來,行動科技的日益發達並已廣泛被接受,且被進一步證實有利於企業,甚至適應用於日常生活中,為社會帶來了許多的便利性。行動科技種類繁多,例如:智慧型手機、筆記型電腦、平板電腦、PDA及RFID等等。尤其又以RFID及PDA已廣泛應用在製造業及物流業上。資策會(2011)統計,2011年台灣大型資訊製造業,預估整體行動通訊科技投資規模將小幅上升2.5%。由此可見,已愈來愈多企業將行動科技應於工作中,以提升公司營收。Dekleva (2004)學者亦說明行動科技的環境是很混亂的,每一種都具有不同的特性及使用方法。公司必須依照其需求及能力做出評估,哪幾項才是合適於公司的行動科技。而在製造業中,最重要的其中一項管理能力就是供應鏈管理,而供應鏈整合又是供應鏈管理的核心能力,其包含了供應商整合、內部整合及顧客整合。許多企業開始省思不同的供應鏈整合“連結”那一項行動科技能真正的提升供應鏈績效。並依照其特性去選擇其所對應之行動科技。過去許多連結相關的文獻提到,事業策略與資訊科技的連結會對績效有正向的影響,因此,假如企業的供應鏈整合與行動科技特性能夠有效地進行連結,將能夠對公司營運收益有所提升。
過去的文獻中,同時探討供應鏈與行動科技相關的研究相對較少,其大部份多是探討供應鏈策略與環境不確定性連結對績效之影響。而本研究針對行動科技特性與供應鏈整合連結對供應鏈績效之影響進行實證研究,以問卷調查蒐集158份台灣製造業中高階主管的問卷資料,並且透過共變異連結、型態偏差連結、配合連結及中介連結,驗證本研究所題的研究模型,探討行動科技特性與供應鏈整合之連結是否存在,及其對供應鏈績效之影響。研究結果發現,企業的供應鏈整合與行動科技特性連結確實對供應鏈績效產生正向顯著影響。接著利用調節連結方法找出兩構面之間最佳的連結。最後本研究實證結果,可供企業根據自身所選擇之供應鏈整合搭配其行動科技特性,採購其對應之行動科技,能有效提升供應鏈績效。

In recent years, mobile technology has been developed and being accepted widely, besides, it was even to be applied in daily life for bringing a lot of convenience to the Society. A wide range of mobile technologies can be used such as:smartphones, notebook, Tablet, PDA, RFID and so on. Especially, RFID and PDA have been widely applied in manufacturing and logistics industries. According to the Institute for Information Industry (2011), Taiwan's overall mobile communications technology investment will be slightly increased by 2.5% in the near future. Thus, more enterprise has applied mobile technology to work and enhancing the company's revenue. Dekleva (2004) explained that mobile technology environment is very confusing, each type with different characteristics and adoption approaches. The company must be in accordance with their needs and ability to assess which mobile technology is congruous. In manufacturing, the one of the most important management capacity is supply chain management, and the supply chain integration plays an important role in supply chain management, which includes supplier integration, internal integration and customer integration. Many companies begin to focus on the alignment between supply chain and mobile technologies in order to really enhancing supply chain performance, and in accordance with its characteristics to choose the corresponding technology. In past years, the literatures interpreted that business strategy and information technology's alignment is positively impacting on performance. Therefore, if the enterprise's supply chain integration and mobile technology characteristic can be aligned effectively, the company's revenue will enhance.
The past literature which investigated supply chain and mobile technology research is less than others, most of it is to explore supply chain strategy and environmental uncertainty on supply chain performance. This research therefore tends to discuss the impact of alignment between mobile technology characteristics and supply chain integration on supply chain performance, and it is based on a questionnaire survey of 158 executives in Taiwan's manufacturing, and through the fit as covariation, fit as profile deviation, fit as matching, and fit as mediation for this research question to verify this model and confer whether the alignment between the supply chain integration and mobile technology characteristics exists, and its impact on supply chain performance. This research found that supply chain integration and mobile technology characteristic's alignment does exist and it has positive significant impact on supply chain performance. Then, fit as moderation for finding the alignment between the two dimensions shows best results. Finally, the empirical results for the enterprise can use our results to decide their owns supply chain integration approach with the characteristic of mobile technology, purchasing corresponded mobile technology, and ultimately that can effectively improve their supply chain performance.
