本研究探討新的推播技術RSS持續使用的意向,以在資訊過載的網際網路環境中搜集想要或特定資訊的非工作性任務為研究情境,透過文獻探討彙整,以任務–科技配適模式為主軸,整合創新擴散理論及資訊系統成功模式,參酌智慧型代理人之相關構念,建構出本研究之整合模式,以探討RSS資訊技術應用於資訊搜集任務之配適度,透過實際使用,進而影響滿意度與持續使用之意向。並經由問卷調查、統計分析,歸納出「對RSS的認知感受」及「RSS的本質特性」之RSS科技特性以及「任務-科技配適度」、「實際使用」及「滿意度」為影響RSS持續訂閱服務意向之重要因素;亦探討了「個人在資訊科技的創新程度」在對任務–科技配適度影響RSS的使用關係上並無直接及調節作用。相信本研究可以帶給學術界關於推播技術方面實證的看法,亦可帶給實務界以RSS作為電子商務、網路行銷工具的參考。
In this study, the continued use intention of the new push technology RSS was explored. The seeking and collecting of wanted or specific information about non-work tasks were implemented, in the context of information overload internet environment. Through literature reviewed and summarized, the task-technology fit model as main structure, which combined the innovation diffusion theory and information systems success model, and referred to the related constructs of intelligent agents, the integrated model of this study was constructed.
From the study model, the fits of RSS technology and information gathering tasks, the satisfaction and continuance intention through the actual usage were explored. And through questionnaires, statistical analysis, the "perceptions about RSS" and "inherent nature of RSS of "RSS technology characteristics" as well as "task-technology fit (TTF)", "utilization" and "satisfaction" were the important antecedent factors of the RSS "continuance intention". And the personal innovativeness in information technology (PIIT) didn’t moderately or directly affect the relationship of TTF and "utilization". We believe that the study can bring academia aspects of empirical in push technologies. It can also bring us the implications, RSS works as the e-commerce or internet marketing tools for practice.
