資訊系統連結(Information System Alignment)對組織非常重要,從文獻回顧中可發現,許多學者分別提出不同的連結研究模型加以探討並解釋連結的性質、概念,或是概念之間的關聯性,但這些連結模型或架構並沒有針對連結結果的分析進行分類探討。
本研究旨在探討連結結果分類方法之關聯性,並由此連結分類方式歸納出一致性的連結結果分析,提供建議及參考給予未來有關連結議題的研究人員選擇採用何種連結研究之方法,同時也幫助企業高階人員了解資訊系統(IS)、資訊管理(IM)、資訊科技(IT)連結之相關研究。本研究利用連結相關的關鍵字,在期刊文獻資料庫中搜尋有關資訊管理(Information Management),資訊系統(Information System),及資訊科技(Information Technology)相關的連結研究文獻,作為本研究之研究範圍,並以Hung提出之連結分類模型為基礎,運用紮根理論之系統化方式蒐集資料且進行資料編碼及分析,並從資料中衍生出本研究連結分析結果來探討歸納出連結分類架構中四個連結分類象限的優、缺點、先後順序以及相互的關聯性。期望藉由資訊系統連結分析方法分類架構,透過蒐集及彙整的相關研究文獻歸納出研究結論,提供後續研究人員一個規劃連結研究之參考,或使用本研究之建議去發展其他領域不同的連結模型。

Information system alignment (IS Alignment) is important to organizations. A review of the literature shows that many researchers proposed various kinds of models or frameworks to explain the characteristics, concepts, or relationship between the concepts of alignment. Yet, a classification model of the results in the alignment is missing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the interrelationships between different kinds of methods used in the alignment result discussion, and tends to summarize the commonality of various analysis methods in order to provide advices for future researchers to choose appropriate alignment analysis methods. Also, it helps understand the concepts of IS Alignment, information management (IM) alignment, and information technology (IT) alignment. This study based on the classification model proposed by Hung adopts grounded theory approach to collect, coding and analysis the data. Relevant alignment keywords are used to search the periodical literature of alignment research in the literature. The results explain the advantages and disadvantages of four types of alignment analysis methods proposed in Hung’s model, and evolving sequences and relationships between the four. It is hoped that the research findings can provide a basis for developing future alignment research or to develop other alignment models in different fields.
