現今科技發達,能源消耗量增加;而台灣自然資源不足,我們要有能源危機意識,為了愛護我們所賴以生長的地球,應努力綠化周邊的環境,實行節能減碳;為了響應環保,因此構思創新設計一種供給設備,加裝在原有車輛上,使汽油能完全燃燒減少廢氣的產生,期盼能耗費少量的資源,以少數的金錢換裝燃燒氣體供給裝置以達成節能減碳之目的,讓大眾均願意配合從事節能減碳行動。
本研究利用TRIZ創新發明原理進行產品研發,發現利用TRIZ創新發明原理與利用矛盾矩陣進行分析,引導研發者借重他人的經驗,啟發進行創作的靈感,使創新研發工作流程制式化,可以減少研發過程的摸索時間;根據世界智慧財產權組織統計資料顯示,掌握專利資訊可縮短研發時間以及研發成本;反之對於專利資訊了解不足,則有可能使新產品上市造成侵權問題,而所造成之金錢及時間損失是難以估計的,而從事創新工作者可以利用專利檢索,了解產品研發之現況、研發趨勢與顧客需求,使研發之產品與技術更具競爭力。
本研究發用工程參數19「移動物件消耗能量」中發現可以利用40創新發明原則35「改變物理或化學狀態」得知本裝置可以實行的,也根據中華民國專利資訊檢索系統發現,除本研究創作外並未有揭露與本研究完全相同之處,因此值得申請專利

Abstract
As modern technologies develop prosperously, energy consumption increases accordingly. Taiwan is deficient in natural resources. Therefore, we must have essential awareness of energy crisis. To protect our precious Earth, it is required to establish green environment and reduce carbon emission. To promote the policies of environment protection, there is a new combustion gas supply device invented and additionally mounted on vehicles. This device is purposed to reduce emission and make fuel combustion thoroughly performed. It is expected vehicles additionally installed with this newly invented device can consume less natural resource with carbon reduction available. Hopefully, people are highly willing to join this carbon-reduction campaign.
This research is operated with TRIZ invention principles for product R&D. Some analysis facts are found by using TRIZ invention principles and contradiction matrix, R&D operators can be guided by consulting to precedent experience with their own creativities inspired. The work process for R&D can be standardized to shorten the exploration time for R&D try-error. According to World Intellectual Property Organization statistics indicate, the patent information can grasp the shorter the research and development time and research and development costs, On the contrary, lack of understanding of the patent information the market of new products caused the infringement problems, money and for loss of time is difficult to predictOperators engaging in innovation work can conduct patent indexing to understand current R&D status and trends, along with customer demand. Therefore, the products and technologies with R&D effort done will be more competitive.
This study make use of Engineering Parameters for Energy Spent by move found that the 40 Innovation Principle of "Parameter changes, and according to ROC patent information retrieval system. This equipment didn’t identical, wherefore this study can patent applications.
