Abstract
In recent years to government departments to actively promote the leisure travel industry, coupled with the implementation of the industry and public service system, a comprehensive two-day weekend of, people's living standards to enhance, to promote people travel trend of increasingly prosperous, and a substantial increase in the demand of the Taiwan Area leisure travel attractions and facilities of the Taiwan Sugar Corporation, due to world economic environment change and with the government industrial policy in transition management, for the sake of diversification is a positive development of recreation-related businesses. The purpose of this study was mainly in the gray relational method to explore the Taiwan Sugar Corporation in the process of industrial transformation and tourist-oriented, the problems faced by smaller scale leisure park in the business and its business development feasibility analysis of its causes and differences for the overall understanding and to identify possible solutions, but also to provide a transition in the promotion of industries with local characteristics of the tourist-oriented decision-making reference research in addition to the Taiwan Sugar Corporation reference.
