本研究旨在探討國內諮商師之成人依附風格、共依附特質的現況，並探討其與工作同盟間的關係。以248位國內大學院校、社區心理諮商機構之專兼任諮商師、實習諮商師，具有輔導知能專業訓練，且目前仍持續實務接案者為研究對象。
本研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集，研究工具包括：「成人依附量表」、「共依附量表」與「工作同盟量表」等三部分，且針對上述種種變項，以SPSS12.0進行下列統計考驗：描述分析、卡方檢定、變異數分析、相關分析。
研究結果顯示：諮商師以安全依附風格類型最多、焦慮矛盾依附風格與逃避依附風格類型的比例相差無幾；非共依附特質傾向的諮商師多於共依附特質傾向者。並且諮商師的成人依附風格和共依附特質確實與其工作同盟有關聯，安全依附風格的諮商師自覺其工作同盟關係較好；非共依附特質傾向的諮商師亦自覺其工作同盟關係較好。此外，成人依附風格與共依附特質兩者在工作同盟上並未發現交互作用。
最後研究者嘗試整合理論與實務經驗，討論各變項與工作同盟間的關係，並根據研究結果提出貢獻與限制，以及後續研究方向與實務建議。

This study aimed to understand about the current situation of counselors’ adult attachment style, codependency characteristics, and to explore the relationship among the both and working alliance. The participator of 248 counselors, including full-time, Part-time, and internship, come from domestic universities, community mental counseling agencies. All of them are received professional training of counseling, and still work with the client.
Those questionnaires used to collect data include three parts: "adult attachment scale", "codependency scale" and "working alliance scale". The data were processed by SPSS 12.0, the statistics include frequency distribution, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, correlation analysis.
The results show that：Counselor of secure attachment style are most, anxious attachment style and avoid attachment style are almost the same proportion of type. Counselors of non-codependency characteristics tendency are more than counselors of codependency characteristics tendency, and counselors’ adult attachment styles and codependency characteristics were indeed associated with the work alliance. Counselors of secure attachment style feel their working alliance is better. Counselors of non-codependency characteristics tendency also feel their working alliance is better. Furthermore, there isn’t interaction between counselors’ adult attachment styles and codependency characteristics among the work alliance.
Finally, the researcher try to integrate theory and practical experience, discuss the relationship among different variables and working alliance, In addition, to make contributions based on the findings and limitations, and to propose future research directions and practical advice.
