在調查研究中進行抽樣設計時,常會將母體先分層或分群,再利用簡單隨機抽樣方法，在各層或各群抽取樣本，此稱為複雜抽樣。
本研究在複雜抽樣的結構下，收集二元的反應變數,使用邏輯斯迴歸模型來配適參數,並且提供參數估計之方法。
首先使用虛擬變數來探討不同層或不同群對母體中某特徵現象發生的影響，再討論有伴隨變數影響的邏輯斯迴歸參數估計；
本文也在複雜抽樣下，探討存在部分伴隨變數有缺失的情況，邏輯斯迴歸參數之估計，本文提供完整資料估計法、選擇機率逆加權法、
次母體抽取比例逆加權估計法估計邏輯斯迴歸參數。
此外進一步結合選擇機率及次母體抽取比例之逆加權概念也提出結合加權估計法。
本文將使用統計模擬方法來比較在有限母體下,
利用抽出之樣本訊息在完整資料估計法、選擇機率逆加權法、抽取比例逆加權估計法和結合選擇機率及次母體抽取比例之逆加權法等四種方法的表現。
