This paper aims to analyze the current situation of one of the most important topics of the moment, the servitization. Based on this situation I aim to provide to the readers an example of how to apply this process in a Business to customer industry. This way I want to mix the theoretical situation, based on the articles and cases that can be found nowadays, with a practical venture, based on the analysis of the markets and main companies. In this new venture I tried to mixed the main elements of the servitization to create a win to win game that can add value to the whole industry.
