This paper aims to analyze financially the firm Sparthai from the very first
year of its constitution as a company. As this is a new venture, the focus is on
trying to determine its financial viability as a project that is currently granted
financial support from its investors.
The financial analysis of the company will cover the business start up
costs analysis, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement,
contribution income analysis for break even point determination, budget
scenario analysis and cash flow sensitivity analysis. All these indicators are
targeted at creating a reliable overview of the financial potential of the firm in
order for its investors to aknowledge the risks and opportunities of the project as
a prospective profitable investment.
