This paper discusses the use of Corporate Codes of Conduct in multinational
apparel companies spanning three different countries in three different continents.
Companies, Levis, Zara and Uniqlo, codes will be extracted and categorized
according to similarities in content. The author expresses the duty of the companies
and their implementations. Each company, whether it chooses to or not, has the full
responsibility for creating their own codes of conduct. Therefore every code will
reflect the corporate culture from which it originates. In this paper the codes will be
compared to see whether the origins of the rules stem from traditions, economy and/
or politics of the home country. Several examples have been provided to illustrate
the ease of applicability of these concepts
